Custom weight loss medication compunded for The Iron MD patients. Contains vitmains B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, and B12, all in methylated forms! Also contains methionine, inositol, choline, L-carnitine, and chromium! Use once weekly to help with energy, endurance, and most of all; fat burning! Contains lidocaine as well to help decrease pain from injection. Will come with needed supplies to give IM injections. Please remeber it is recommended to use the entire vial within  1 month.
